The mission of Sturgis Yoga is to inspire people to be happy and healthy through a welcoming and accesible approach to yoga.  Yoga doesn't have to be intimidating, exotic, or complicated.  Through a variety of methods, yoga helps us be present in the moment.  When we live in the present, we feel good.  And, when we feel good, we do good, and we inspire the people around us to also feel good, be good, and do good.
