The Weekend Reset: Permission to Pause
November 14-15, 2026 | Sturgis Yoga + Hotel Sturgis
Limited to 14 participants
A weekend to slow down, breathe, and make some space.
Life can feel pretty full. This weekend is an opportunity to step away from the usual pace and spend some time moving, resting, reflecting, and simply being.
From the moment you arrive Saturday afternoon, the intention is to slow things down. Your mat will be ready, the lights will be low, tea will be warm, and you'll have a welcome basket waiting for you. There will be no rushing from one thing to the next. Just time to settle in and be present.
Throughout the weekend, we'll move through a variety of yoga practices and special experiences, share meals together, and make space for both conversation and quiet.

Make a Weekend of It
Want a little more time away? There are a couple of ways to extend your retreat experience.
Come a night early
If you'd like to arrive on Friday evening, some rooms have been set aside at Hotel Sturgis as part of our room block. An additional Friday-night stay is completely optional and is not included in the retreat registration fee. If you choose to arrive early, you will make and pay for your Friday-night hotel reservation directly with Hotel Sturgis. Let them know you are staying Saturday night for the Sturgis Yoga Retreat, as well, and that Saturday night's reservation will be made by Sturgis Yoga.
Stay a little longer
You can also choose to arrive earlier on Saturday morning or stay later on Sunday and schedule an individual appointment with one of the bodywork and wellness practitioners joining us for the weekend. Options will include facial reflexology, private yoga consultations, and other special offerings. These appointments are optional and are not included in the retreat registration fee. Appointments will be scheduled and paid for separately. More information about available practitioners, services, pricing, and scheduling will be sent by email after you register.
