We'll overnight and socialize at the newly opened Hotel Sturgis and practice yoga at a beautiful neighboring space - The Local.

4:30-6:00pm Check-in at the Hotel Sturgis with treats and socializing
6:00-6:15pm Welcome Activities and Ceremony
6:15-6:30pm Walk to The Local and set up for Yoga
6:30-8:00pm Folksy Flow Yoga Class with Live Music
8:00pm Back to the Hotel Sturgis for Food, Drink, & Pampering

7:30-8:15am Breakfast Gathering
8:15-8:30am Walk to The Local and set up for Yoga
8:30-9:00am Morning Flow Yoga Class
9:00-10:15am Assisted Yoga Stretching
10:15-10:30am Break with Snack (provided)
10:30-11:30am Self-Care Practices with LMT Ashley Sanders
11:30am-12pm Hotel Check-Out & Shopping
12:00-1:00pm Lunch (provided)
1:00-3:00pm Nyasa and Nidra Yoga Class with Live Music by Jillian Anawaty
3:00-3:30pm Closing Activities and Ceremony
